The frame or base plate consists of individual formwork which, depending on size and complexity, can range from seven plates in a stripper mold to twenty or more. The primary function of character code mold components is to engrave fonts on finished products.

4. Making mold components Confirm drawing, start to do DFM, mold flows and mold detail agreed with the customer, start production
5. Production schedule Every week we will feedback to the customer a mold progress (picture)
6. Sample Shoot We provide the moulds Components test samples for confirmation (about 1-2piece), then, get your signature sample, mass production
7. Package Cartons box for parts, or as your requirement
